Method of Payment

We sincerely thank you for your purchase and payment is accepted via FPX online banking via Billplz for Malaysian market

We are currently working on activating for our E-Wallets payment facilities and Credit/Debit Card payments (Mastercard and Visa) for our International orders. We will keep you posted!

We accept payments in Cryptocurrency via Coinbase for our Local and International orders. The acceptable cryptocurrencies are;

Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, USDT and USDC

**Important Note - Your 'Transfer/Gas Fee' from your wallet/exchange must be included into the Withdrawal Amount for a successful transaction and this will prevent unwanted issues of underpayment. We do not receive the Transfer Fee and it is processed by your respective crypto exchanges. We shall not be responsible for any underpayment and there will be 'no refund' in the event of an incorrect transfer or underpayment. Please check the transfer details carefully prior to your transaction confirmation.

Purchase Amount - ETH 0.01 
Transfer Fee (from exchange) - ETH 0.001
Total Amount to be Withdrawn- ETH 0.011

Returns and Exchanges Policy

If you are not satisfied with our goods and wish to make a claim of replacement or refund due to the below reasons;
- you believe the good which was ordered by you has not been provided correctly; or
- you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods you have received

A claim should be sent to info.vixenandcupid@gmail.com. Our customer service representative will assess your claim once it is received with a copy of your proof of purchase and the goods in original unopened condition. We reserve the right to inspect the goods before making an assessment for claim. All request for returns or refunds must be lodged within 7 (Calendar) days of receipt of goods

The cost of shipment will be borne by the buyer unless the issue arises from the seller (incorrect delivery of order) and shipping cost are not refundable. 

Please use a shipping service that is trackable or purchase shipping insurance as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item
